PPI

I don't know about other countries, but here in England we're bombarded with adverts, emails, signs, whatever else about Payment Protection Insurance or PPI
Every time the ad break comes on...

YOU CAN CLAIM PPI, HURRY UP, CLAIM IT, CLAIM IT, CLLAAAIIMMM ITTT
Here's what I imagine the lawyers are like behind the scenes
There's no escaping from them!!!! ARRGHH!!!

I constantly get bombarded by emails every. single. day.

But I thought of something. Why should these people claim their PPI back?
When you take out a loan\credit card\mortgage\whatever, you sign a contract, right?
In that contract somewhere was the parts about PPI, yes?
So they signed it agreeing to the terms?
They should've read the contract before signing it, so it's their fault. It's not "miss-sold", just not read about
Accept the consequences for not reading the contract and signing your soul over to the devil

Go away, PPI lawyers
Sincerely,
Me
